Our Company

BidSubmit was born out of necessity. As a small software company newly registered with the GSA, we faced the challenge of submitting proposals—a process that consumed too much time and too many resources. To tackle this, we hired proposal writers, assigned internal resources to assist with bid writing, and searched extensively for suitable proposal writing software.

To my surprise, there was no proposal writing software available that met our needs or fit within our budget. We required a solution that allowed us to create, manage, and compile proposals and proposal assets in one accessible place AND at a reasonable price.

Thus, BidSubmit was created.

With BidSubmit, we reduced the proposal writing time from approximately 20 hours per proposal to under 1 hour. We have all of our proposal assets in one place. Our staff can quickly generate proposals and evaluate RFP’s.
